Our diesel motor home was losing volts as we drove through the Michigan upper peninsula. We called Great Lakes, they took us as soon as we arrived, diagnosed the problem as a bad alternator and had it replaced within an hour of our arrival! Great job!
A+++ service. The owner of the company responded to my disabled vehicle tonight when the battery wouldn't hold a charge. Jumped it and then offered to follow me to the halfway point of my travel to charge the battery again. I didn't make it a half mile before I lost power again and he was right there to load me up. He showed great concern for the welfare of my children during their transfer from my vehicle to his.
